Busy, Buzzy Bee

Paeonia delavayi is a real gem, with smaller flowers than most tree paeonies, this is a gorgeous deep maroon variety, with opulent golden stamens.
As you can see. not only popular with the gardener, loaded with pollen, there's usually at least one bee crawling around.
