The great British countryside

I did it! This afternoon on the way home from work I finally stopped by the side of the road and took pics of the beautiful countryside - not only that - I got a yellow field! I know I'm sad but I've been meaning to do this for a while and the yellow field was an added bonus. Driving through the countryside with the sun beaming down was just such a lovely, calming experience - it made me feel really happy and at one with nature.

Today has been a bit hectic (apart from the relaxing drive home). I spent the morning planning and quickly completing a job application before racing into work. I was nearly late after emailing the job application off and when I get home I find that it failed!! Apparently the file size is too big so I'm going to try again after Desperate Housewives. If I can't send it I'll have to drive it over in the morning but I don't really fancy that as it's an hour long round journey and closing date is tomorrow at 12! Besides which it took me hours to convert it all into one document to impress my prospective employers.

Off to Wisteria Lane now - back later...
