Look, this "I'm too cool to watch history" is bullshit and and all the apologists who were wheeled out on radio and TV with an opening statement of, "I'm not a royalist", and "they aren't relevant", just annoyed me. If you want to be selective about your news watching, shut the frick up and go fishing instead.
I enjoyed the pomp and poshness of the whole affair, it is the other half throwing a party and it's quite interesting.

We had a party too, French style, in Pierre Victoire's. Super food and great company, and now I'm drinking Punk IPA and champagne. The best Scotland and France have to offer.......all good.
