Friday Night Pizza

Friday night dinner is usually homemade pizza. I tried a new dough recipe tonight and it was pretty good. I've tried so many different pizza dough recipes but still have not found the perfect one. A lot of trial and error. This was very close - the texture was good but the taste was not quite there. I started a new job today and was pretty exhausted by the time I got home. I thought about ordering a pizza, but I really prefer my homemade creations over carry out. I use my bread machine to make the dough so it really isn't all that much work.
