woohoo waterfall

Well we had rain today on the South Island, lots of it!!! God for the farmers who have been fretting about a drought all summer and definitely good for this blip. This is usually just a small run off on the side of the road on the way to Nelson. In winter it freezes and looks awesome. Today it was just gushing because of the persistent rain. Sis and I had been up in Nelson supporting a team from Murch who were in the 'Relay for life' A cancer society through the night sponsored relay walk. poor beggars are out all night in persistent, and I mean PERSISTENT rain!
And as an aside.... had a play with the settings and for the first time ever I got my water to blur :-)
