Lost: shop. Found: Blip

We're spending the weekend trying to sort the house ready for the central heating being ripped out and re-installed next week. So, lots of trips up to the loft with books, toys, books, shelves, books, soft toys, books.....

Whilst I'm dreading the process of the heating being replaced, I'm really, really looking forward to the fire in the lounge leaving us. We have lived in our house for nearly 10 years and have been living with the fire all that time because it is connected to the back boiler which was just a few years old when we moved in. So, the back boiler and fire are going and we are looking to replace the fire with a new, more modern, real-flame inset fire. So, this morning we went looking for fireplace showrooms. Having found results on t'internet for two showrooms in St Neots, just a few miles up the road from us, we visited there. The first showroom, outside the town centre, was really good with excellent advice and non-pushy owner. We went for lunch then went to look for the second showroom just on the edge of the town centre. We couldn't find it. Mainly because it isn't there anymore.

The Blip
We couldn't find the shop, so what's a girl to do?! While Hubbie was checking we were in the right place (we were), I spotted my Blip for today and took a photo of the view up the road whilst standing opposite the now non-existent shop. So, this is St Neots Parish Church, from the corner of South Street, with the River Great Ouse on the right.
