The Bluebells - Musical May
The Bluebells were a Scottish pop group in the 1980s. They had three hit singles in the UK, all written by guitarist and founder member Bobby Bluebell (aka Robert Hodgens). Their most popular and biggest success was Young at Heart you probably know it.
But what does this have to do with the flowers? Well, the great blipper, Ponty Cyclops has again laid down the gauntlet of a blip challenge, following on from the success of ROYGBIV. His first in this new series can be found here and it includes a few words to explain more of what the challenge is all about.
Thus, through the medium of blip, the Scottish and Rutland bluebells are forever connected. I'm currently enjoying a weekend away with friends, walking around Rutland Water and quality checking the outputs of the local breweries. I'm pleased to say that both are going rather well.
I hope you like it.
