Nothing but blue skies....do I see

Oh my, we woke to the sun big and bright shining through our bedroom window. What a great way to start the day. We had a busy day attending church then came home to work in the backyard for several hours until heading off to our church league softball game. I played on the team last year but decided it's not for me so Scott is playing this year. We all went to cheer them on however they lost....badly! Despite the loss we all still had a great time. Now the boys are outside assembling the new trampoline we bought them and as you can imagine they are quite eager to get it all set up. Lets hope for plenty more sunshine this week so they can enjoy their new toy.

While working in the backyard I couldnt help but admire the deep purple/red leaves on our plum tree up against the gorgeous blue sky so of course I had to take a picture. Everything seemed to be so gorgeous today with the sun shining off of it and the blue sky backdrop. Today was a perfect day!
