A bit(tern) of ruff
Minsmere on the Suffolk coast today with Bruce aka birdwatching maestro. As a twitcher who's learnt the hard way, a winter coat was in his boot, which I had to wear, being ludicrously unprepared for the vicious North Sea wind. The sides of us in the sun soaked up the rays while the sides in the shade and wind teetered on the edge of hypothermia. An odd feeling.
Gorgeous neck of the woods, this part of Suffolk. Cue more searching for property on rightmove (see yesterday).
