Today's the day .................... to go on a pilgrimage

I've already confessed that if I were a flower, I would be a streptocarpus. I have grown them for many years and I love everything about them - colour, shape and infinite variety of them.

So imagine how I felt today when we called in at the Dibley Nurseries near Ruthin, North Wales on our way home. This is the Mecca for all lovers of streptocarpus. Last year alone, Dibleys won 9 Gold Medals at Royal Horticultural Society shows - including their 21st Chelsea Gold. They are supreme champions and their nurseries are spectacular.

Streptocarpus as far as the eye could see - it was wonderful ...........!
