Been shattered!

Backblipped the last two days: Saturday and Sunday. Saturday - good pic, half-and-half day. Sunday - good day, not such a great photo...

Today I though I'd try the whole getting up early thing again which worked in principle, except I had to go via the toilet which meant by the time I got downstairs I was sick. Ah well. Still, I got half my breakfast in peace... then I heard the fairy elephant trotting up and down the landing, obviously looking in all the rooms upstairs for me. It went quiet again so I wondered if he'd gone back to bed, cuddled up next to his daddy.

No such luck. He found his way downstairs, came into the kitchen, and announced: "Mummy, Ben done POO, Mummy!" Just after I'd had my insulin. His breakfast was ready though so nappy had to be dealt with but at least breakfast was a civilised affair after that, just the two of us.

Sadly despite all that it has been a down day - bath day is a day I don't enjoy because it leaves me feeling really rough afterwards :(

At least I got some work done this afternoon while Ben had a sleep, and once that was done it was Costa time :D Hurrah!! PLEASE remind me though, for goodness' sake, not to bother with fruit. As nice as it is, and I am LOVING pineapple and melon at the moment, oh my word the pain and sickness they caused this evening....... really really bad trapped wind :( I need to stick to chips. Ben was chanting "beach! beach! beach!" as we left the cafe so I collapsed on a bench to recover while Ben and Steve went adventuring onto the pebbles. I thought about doing a montage but liked all the pics on their own, and couldn't pick which ones to go with which others... and felt bad about leaving others out. So they'll be put in my blipfolio shortly - please have a look! I'll add a link here in a few minutes. Anyway we bought chips on the way home and ate them watching Wall-E when we got in.

Then bathtime for Ben, who was seriously displeased because he wanted me to get in the bath as well and I wouldn't; but he was very very tired and went to bed quickly afterwards, cuddling my specially cuddly dog. And now I'm here, catching up with my blips!! An evening awake, quite astonishing. I am tired though and need my bed. After another bowl of cereal perhaps...
