The Bench

Not my usual style but there has to be a curved ball now and again...

I have finally got up early enough and felt motivated enough to do a morning bike ride. The Bench is 3.8 miles uphill from here, on Hampstead Heath. I cycle up there, do the 24-move Taiji form and take a picture of The Bench.

There are lots up them here and that's just the ones I have got round to uploading.

In case you were wondering, the inscription on The Bench is:

JOLYON GOLD 1971 - 1996

DARLING JO, WE WILL LOVE YOU ALWAYS.

The ride didn't hurt as much as I thought it would, so I might do it again tomorrow. One day at a time.
