Migraine Hell

I woke up at 4.30 this morning with a wee migraine which seemed to get better when I got up at 6 but soon decided to get worse and worse as the day went on. So I spent the day under a quilt on the sofa. I was supposed to fly down to Stansted to stay with my folks to night for a family get together but couldn't make it.
