Cycling around town today in preparation for Bego's birthday.

On seeing this sign it occurred to me will the hazard ever be an ACTUAL tram?

The tram system originally scheduled to be up and running in February 2011, has been delayed now until 2014! Costs are thought to be escalating to around £600 million almost double the original proposed cost, BARGAIN-not!
