Another emergency blip!

Had a busy day and I'm getting so forgetful these days that it is worrying. This is how today went: was intending to go to work on my bicycle as the weather's fairly decent. Knew that I would have to carry my uniform in my back pack as I lost the key for my locker at work which contains my other uniform left there for the very purpose of cycling to work!

After getting my bike ready I realised that I'd lost my key for the bike lock so I couldn't go on my bike as I'd have no way of locking it up!

I went in the car and, on the way home, realised that I didn't have my mobile phone with me. The only thing I remembered doing was putting my fruit snack on top of the locker (because of no key to open the thing) and I was hoping that I'd put my mobile phone on there too. Phoned work to see if it was on top of the locker and it was, fortunately.

On a more depressing note, we had a visit from the boys in blue today (well actually one boy and one girl) who were conducting house to house enquiries regarding a neighbour who has been found badly injured. It might be something as innocent as a fall but, seeing as the police have been sat outside her house all day, I would imagine there is a suspicious element to it. She's a lovely lady so I hope she's ok.
