Saint John Ogilvie
Sang in the newly refurbished St Andrew's Cathedral tonight, with my russian A Cappella group, Russkaya Cappella-great experience.
This is Peter Howson's contentious painting of Saint John Ogilvie which is quite remarkable although not to everyone's taste.
The building is splendid-full of oak, slate and marble and the acoustics are fab.
J came and took a photo of the choir in front of the painting with Archbishop Conti.
All in all a good evening!
