Greenery

One thing I love about Hong Kong - well Discovery Bay especially - is how lush and green it is everywhere.

On the way back from dropping Jack off at the school bus (can't do it on the way because Jack is talking to much for me to stop), I often stop to snap something - normally with my iphone. Having lived in Sydney before here I am used to tropical plants, but there's no shortage of rain here so the plants often seem bigger and greener. Of course everything in DB is beautifully manicured and cared for by gardeners - which is what I didn't like when i first arrived because it all seemed too perfect, but i'm used to it now, and i've seen a good mix of perfectly clipped hedges and immaculately weeded flower beds blended with more natural trees, palms, flowers and of course mountains!
