An interesting day

As predicted, the day started grey and uncertain, but by the time we had listened to lots of Radio Scotland, demolished a coffee, a scone and the Herald crossword, the sun had broken through and a brisk, sharp breeze was lifting the flag on the village green.

We just don't like grey skies any more.
