Smile for the camera

Mara and I went on a picture taking expedition in the front yard today looking for bugs to photograph. The problem was she would get so excited when we found one that by the time I explained what we were seeing the object of our attention would flee, or the camera would get knocked sideways. I finally got this fly shortly before the whole plant was upended and needed to be re-potted.
I give thanks for a glorious day.
