Amanda is ready to go at 6.10am at the start of the Gold Challenge for Maggie's Monster Bike'n'Hike 2011.

She, Harry, Mark, Stephen and I made up Team Neptune. All five of us finished by 5.30am the next morning, 73 miles, lots of cake, and several aches and pains later!
