OS woes

Spent ages swapping components and getting a box ready tonight ... got it running under Ubuntu then on first boot it suggested that I upgrade to a new version .... duly downloaded it all then re-booted and it died, never to start again ... c'est la vie!

I don't blame the Linux distro ... it's my "combination of 3 broken PC's might make one working one" approach :-)
