Kalanchoe blossfeldiana

Originating from Madagascar, Kalanchoes are a large variety of succulent plants.

K. blossfeldiana is apparantly the most popular flowering species and is usually discarded after flowering as it is hard to bring into bloom in the home.

Not in my house. She was bought at Christmas as a cheap and cheerful little decoration from a well known supermarket. After the flowers died, I repotted her and as you can see, she's showing her appreciation with a glorious display of flowers ... and there are more on the way.
