Are we nearly there yet?

The boys in the back of the car on a long journey to manchester back from Cardiff after the funeral yesterday. Two of them in the car isn't a whole bowl of cherries, they're either fighting or egging each other on. Luke said for the first time in his little life 'are we nearly home yet?' I inwardly groaned and truly understood my parents' pain for the first time.
