A walk to the doctor's surgery to get my results.

Through the Stanley nature reserve listening to the birds and the bees.

The results were good so I almost jogged the 2 and a half miles back to work.

The demolition of the old hospital goes on apace, the A&E department has gone and all but one of the wing 'huts' built for the returning heroes of the 40's has lost it's roof.

The days work hurried by and I made my mistake of the day, I thought the rain had stopped!

I got wetter than I ever have, outside Wales and Barbados.
