Took a load of ibuprofen today and have forced some more movement in my shoulder... thanks for the advice, I think this is the way forward... Will still be seeing a physio though.

Dropped my bike off at the bike shop for a frame alignment check and an insurance quote, and mrsEG found the brightest waterproof in the shop for me to try!

Currently watching Crufts with Peggy, she insists we watch it, honest!

She also claims she'd win it if they let her enter..... not sure if there is a class for Heinz 57's!

Feeling a lot more positive now. I want to get back out on the bike.
