Taiwanese-Korean food
This is a Taiwanese version of Korean ddeokbokki (rice cakes in hot sauce). My student showed my how to cook it this morning. This has pork, mushrooms, spring onions and blood-rice cakes as well as kimchi and Korean rice cakes. I feel guilty in admitting it's much tastier than the Korean version.
I've had trouble with my computer rcently, but will add some backblips now it's working again.
