ice-cream pancake thingy

I don't know the name of this, but it's one of my absolute favourite Taiwanese snacks. Ice-cream wrapped in a flour-based (?) pancake, with shaved peanut brittle and coriander/cilantro. It's an unbelievably tasty combination which is really refreshing because it's not too sweet.
