Mess

Had a very long lie which is unusual for me but the house was so quiet. The entire day was boring, took dogs a walk then when coming home the wipers packed in and it was scary trying to drive when I couldnt see a darn thing.

#2 daughter came home for lunch and I was hearing a whirring in the kitchen then heard a scream, went down to kitchen to investigate and there as spaghetti all over the cooker and floor. She had first tried to open the tin with some battary operated opener (I didnt even know we had one!) when she thought that wasnt working she then got another opener and opened the other end, yes you guessed it, the battary one had done the job first time around but she hadnt realised. Ach well the dogs lapped it all up off the floor and we cleaned the cooker and had another go.

The rest of the day was uneventful and so second daughter and I are now just chilling by the fire as its still very chilly
