Blossom carpet

The flowering cherry tree was in full pink bloom when the rain started, quickly leading to a carpet of petals on the deck. Sad to see them go, but their last gasp on the deck is very beautiful.

See the broken board? My leg went through there the other day. I thought I would be all bruises, but I took Traumeel (with Arnica in it) and I didn't bruise at all. I was lucky it wasn't worse. The deck must be repaired before I step foot on it again. So much to do around this old house.

I bought a trail bike a few days ago. I knew I needed more exercise and had not felt motivated to go for walks in the forest. Now I am riding on the trails and it is great! I used to ride a lot and have not had a bicycle for the last 10 years. Well, you're never too old.
