Tide

A bright but breezy day today so I decided to go down to the sea for crashing waves or rushing water blips. Of course by the time I got there, after tying the clematis plants back into a semi vertical position, the wind had dropped and the sea was doing its best to imitate a mill pond.

Still, I managed to get a few shots which pleased and this is one of them. Tomorrow the Queen of England comes to visit. I shall stay in bed. No point going to see her as the security means she will be driving through empty streets. Last week a government minister announced that we are so broke that certain support services for needy children have been axed. Today it was announced that 30 million eure is being spent on security for the Queen and Pres. Obame. Perhaps someone out there can explain the logic.
