May ?

It's the 16th of May my calander says, the May Flower has been in bloom for longer than these 16 days. If the old saying ' Nar cast a clout till May is out' is to be followed I can only think it's based on the month and not the bloom! With grey skies wind and rain temperatures in the low teens C lets have Aprils Easter weather back ! PS. had anybody else noticed how red the Anther of the May blosoms stamens are ? I hadn't until taking shots for to dats blip, we learn something new every day :-)))
