Spring Bonnets

These wonderful ladies are from my TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) group that meet on Tuesday morning. They are my cheerleaders! They have cheered me to lose 60 pounds in the past year.

I am the youngest in the chapter. There are a couple who are about 10 years older than me, but most are old enough to be my grandmother. I enjoy their stories of life. They inspire me to be healthier and figure it out while I am 'young'.

I won a whole pineapple for having the silliest hat. yum!
