Mooching...

... and doing very little today after the excitement of the last two days. Forgot to take painkillers yesterday so was flagging when I got home, and then discovered I've run out so had a pretty bad night. It seems to be one step forward and two steps back at the moment; early days I know but everything seems so slow and difficult, and it's easy to get down as I was prone to that anyway. Must avoid negative thoughts; I usually think of Evelyn when I start to feel sorry for myself, and that reminds me - I just had some good news from Clickychick. By an amazing coincidence her Mum was in Evelyn's ward, and reported that she has just been taken home and to a party - fantastic!

This is the only picture I've taken today, and is Minnie checking up on me this morning and telling me to get up and get moving. Not moved far but at least I'm washed and dressed and medicated again. Cue some mooching music.
