Green Bean and Rocket Salad with Garlic and Chilli

So I have started a one month intensive cookery course as something to add to my degree (which I have now finished)!

Today was a really busy day and this morning I think a mastered choux pastry. Profiteroles were amazing.

This afternoon was strictly veggie and this was one of the dishes I managed to turn out.
