Squashy Rhubarb Cake

A bit of back blipping is in order. Its been an incredibly busy week already. This is a rhubarb cake, victoria sponge on the bottom, rhubarb in the middle and crumble on the top. Its served with a creme anglais which is a kind of delicate custard.
