Shadows and Tall Trees

I hope all of you out there in blipland kept safe in last night's storms? It got pretty wild and woolly here for a while, particularly when the snow arrived in the early morning. It soon turned to rain, however, and thankfully it was sunny again by lunchtime. But by then there was no time to go out and take any photos, because we had to go grocery shopping. On the way back, it became obvious that the good weather wasn't going to last and, in fact, it was beginning to look pretty threatening once more, so I took a few quick shots through the car window (didn't dare wind it down as Grace was asleep in the back). So here is another 'drive-by'! The title is lifted from an old U2 song that has been going through my head for the past few days!
