View from the middle of the stream!

I have learned that I have to keep some essentials in the car when on the look-out for a blip and knee length wellie boots are one of them. Today they were put to good use as the best shot of this little stream was taken by standing in the middle of it at the entrance to an overhead bridge! It was full of marsh marigolds that seem to still be in full flower. The building that you see is an old church that has been converted into a wonderful looking house - it has a for sale sign at the bottom of the drive if anyone is looking to relocate in the far north!

Busy day at work and in crafts this afternoon we made laminated squares filled with feathers, shiny paper and sequins that will become a mobile in the sensory garden at school. We had a lot of fun doing it and the only drawback was the mess - feathers go everywhere! Will blip it when it is finished.

Very windy, lots of showers with some sunny intervals today. I hope summer makes a return visit soon!
