'hello? No, its for you Mummy'

Apparently it was the street calling me...

We have had a very busy day today! Up at 6.30 and had breakfast together, Amelie did really well with her cereal again. Then we had a little play and both got dressed and headed out. Silly Mummy wasn't really thinking and we were out before anything had opened! After a little bit of wandering and waiting we went into the Library and Amelie very kindly rearranged the books for them. Then we went to a few shops before heading back for snack and nap time. Ameile had a good 1.5 hours sleep and woke up in a lovely mood. I gave her some soup for lunch and packed our bags for swimming. Daddy got up then and we were all ready to go. We went back to the centre we went to last week to find out it was closed so drove back to the nearer one instead. Amelie had an amazing time in the Water. I would like to say the armbands gave her confidence but I think they really just gave me confidence to let her go and she roamed about the baby pool, slipping under where it was too deep but not being bothered by it. She loved climbing up the steps as well and walking back in. She had swallowed so much pool water though that when I was getting her changed she was pool water sick. She had her milk and we had a walk about outside whilst waiting for Daddy who was doing some lengths. After swimming we drove to Next to get a few Amelie bits. I was after some stripey leggins for her (which we got) and she ended up with a few other things too. She was clearly exhausted at this point though and we headed home after that. She ate a good dinner again and had fun in the bath. And then it happened...something we have never before had to deal with in this house. POO in the BATH! It was bound to happen at some point. I knew it was about to happen (thats what happens when you give them an early bath at poo o clock)

She took about 2 minutes to put down so fingers crossed for a good night.
