Volcanic Oceanside

It would be a challenge to land a boat on Maui at this oceanside beach without putting a hole in the bottom of your boat. This scene was one of the stops along the way on our nine hour journey on the Road to Hana. Some of the road was poorly maintained, rough, curvy, and steep in places. We had a nice day and enjoyed the ride.
