Rotten cherries

I walked around Grant Park and took some photos. I was surprised to see that there were still cherries on this tree, even some semi-ripe ones.

I've been visiting the South Loop pretty much everyday for about a month... including Saturdays and Sundays. It's a big deal because I live 45 minutes away by train. My school is in the South Loop, and I have some friends who live there. I need to take a break and stay in the north side, but it looks like that won't happen until spring break.

I saw an old friend, Jennifer, today. We spent a good amount of time catching up. It was really nice and refreshing!
