I feel like pakora tonight!

Decided to have a pakora marathon this evening for dinner, two hours it took but well worth it, so I made vegetable, chicken, mushroom and fish pakora. Lord of the Manor made the most morish sauce for dipping and whatever is left will be frozen for another night.......result!!!
