At last!

Today has been a good photo day. I took some lovely photos of a daisy, some pretty pink flowers whose name I can't remember, some lovely spiders and finally some birds. While I was hanging the washing out this cheeky little bluetit (I think) was on the feeder. As soon as I got my camera out the birds all vanished! So I sat patiently for about 20 minutes and finally they started coming back. I got a sparrow and this bluetit but this was my favourite photo. I might try and get a bit closer next time as they didn't seem to mind me at all in the end. I know this isn't a patch on some of the ones that Camby takes but I'm still learning and I feel like I've made a step forwards today.

Apart from taking photos, I did a bit more of my photography course, completed most of a job application and just pottered about doing the usual cleaning etc. I'm missing my middle son but he's back tomorrow and hopefully he's not had any rain today, although the forecast is for some in the night I think, let's hope he can get some sleep.
