Setting Sun at Brougham Castle
Wow, it has been soooo windy & wet here today it's been a good day to be at work. The rivers near Cockermouth are full and swollen again when I drove past them this evening, and so I hope the rain at least eases a little bit. I can imagine the residents starting to panic.
I went to collect Mountain Travels this evening from Penrith and so I stopped by once again at Brougham Castle to catch the setting sun. I'd taken some multiple exposure shots to try and create a HDR image, but the wind was so strong, its caused too much blur to create a good photo. Instead I created another panorama because try as I might I couldn't get the castle and the sun in a single image. I quite like this though.
For those of you who have commented on my neck, after a shaky start this morning when I wondered if I should attempt to drive to work or not, my neck now feels that there's been nothing wrong with it. All that hanging upside down like a vampire I did yesterday must have helped. Thank you for your kind words and comments. Very much appreciated.
