triptrick?
My delight at one of my photos fronting the triptych website was somewhat marred by the fact that they failed to credit it, in fact they failed even to let me know that they were going to use it...
In response to a call through their mailing list for images to use for their programme I sent them the link to my flickr set from last year and got an email way back in January asking if they could look at the high res versions. I said sure and let me know if you want to use any and I look forward to getting some passes for the festy this year so I can take more pics and then the next I heard was a phone call from my friend telling me I was front page...
Which is exciting cos it is for me, and cos it was also the same day that I had another email from another site asking me to use another photo, which is all new to me. However it doesn't stop it being annoying... but I am sure it was an unfortunate oversight rather than a deliberate act of unprofessional discourtesy or worse still, intentional exploitation.
So I just wrote them an email saying so and looking forward to proper accreditation and also those free passes of course. And either it will be sorted out and I look forward to a weekend of enjoying music, or it won't ...

UPDATE: I got a very apologetic email and phone call the next morning in response to my email. They did credit me on the brochure, and now they've changed the website too.
Which means my photo is going to be postered all over three cities! I'm very excited now!
Still working on my request for a free pass to the festival though...
