Temptation

Been up all night vomiting. Urgh! William slept through the first two and helpfully pointed Daddy in the right direction to find me everytime after that. Spent most of the day in bed or asleep on the sofa. Luckily it is a Tuesday so William was at Tina's but Daddy took the day off (thank god) to do the school run and sort out Carys this afternoon.

After not keeping water down this morning, I have at least now managed that and these raspberries were calling me from the fridge. Temptation indeed.
