......the only problem with having a meal in a rotating tower restaurant is if you go to the toilet, your table and family are not where you left them when you return. You've got to have brunch in the Fernsehturm (TV Tower) if/when you come to Berlin. The food is superb and the views are just staggering....reserve a table though.

We didn't manage Helmut Newton yesterday and when we went today, they were changing the exhibition. All this way and I haven't seen a bloody shot...damn. So, it's on the list for next time.

EasyJet cancelled our flight home this afternoon due to ash above Scotland. Ryanair were busily insisting that there was no ash....who to believe? I think I'll go with the 'ash in a jet engine isn't a good thing' school of thought.

Out with the drawing board to get us home. Planes, trains and automobiles beckon.
