Winding Gear

A week or so ago, I blipped an old dockside winch which I found at Courtown Harbour. This afternoon I discovered another one in Arklow, also painted blue and bearing the makers plate...."Mastra Winch, Manufactured by Northern Tool and Gear Company Ltd, Arbroath, Scotland". I have no idea how old it is but its useful days have long passed into history.

I have deliberately played games with the shot in attempt to replicate the old trick of cross processing colour film.

Tonight is the second last of the CS5 training sessions I have been attending so I'll be away for most of the evening. Will catch up with you all as soon as possible.


Edit : I have just found that This compant, NTG are still in business. An extract from their website :
