Pátzcuaro Street

We spent today walking the town and visiting museums and churches. The historic centro of Pátzcuaro is full of churches, each one more spectacular than the last, and is home to two great museums. While I had many good photos from our explorations it was this simple street scene that caught my and my wife's eye (I had to enlist her help in selecting just a single photograph from all the possibilities).

As I walk around town, I constantly think back to the National Geographic Seminar I attended that stated "to take better photos, stand in front of better stuff". The stuff doesn't get much better than Pátzcuaro.
