I do like to be beside the sea side

Though perhaps not in a blustering gale. I couldn't actually see anything as I took this snap because the wind blew my fringe into my eyes.

Am spending a couple of days in Bournemouth for my aunt's birthday. I spent my summer holidays here as a kid so it's a strangely familiar and yet also unfamiliar place. My dad, who left here in the early 60s, still has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all its streets, and more worryingly, Bournemouth FC's match results from the 1950s onwards. A very lucky taxi driver here got the 1957 results relayed to him last night.
