Old Man on the Road

I have seen this guy walking on the road several times lately. I have always wanted to catch a sot of him, but I was always driving at the time. Today I got my chance.

He seems quite eccentric, and has the longest, white beard that I have ever seen. I titled this blip the way I did assuming that he is an old man, actually, he is probably younger than me (she says with much chagrin).
